I recently stayed at a brand new hotel and was impressed with the cleanliness and facilities. The room was well-equipped with amenities such as a TV, fridge, microwave, iron, and hairdryer, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near stores and transportation and close to everything I needed. The breakfast was a hot and delicious buffet with eggs and waffles, and the friendly staff made sure I had a nice cup of coffee to start my day.

All was good.

My partner and I recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and we were very pleased with our experience. The room we had was cozy and comfortable with two tables and lamps by the bed, and a spacious bathroom with an excellent shower. One of the best aspects was the location, which was close to many great restaurants and outdoor activities. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

Unfortunately, our bed sheets were not changed prior to our arrival which was disappointing and a bit gross. We also had to wait an hour for breakfast, which was supposed to be served hot. We wished that the staff had been more on top of this. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The housekeeping was not up to par and the room was never truly clean. We also had issues with the elevators being out of service for a majority of our stay, which made getting to and from our room a hassle. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negatives outweighed the benefits and we would not choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The two complementary facts offered were a nice touch. The location was key, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to our standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to clean the room. The breakfast bags offered were disappointing, lacking variety. The elevator was broken for a significant portion of our stay. It was also noisy at night, with people knocking on doors. we had a decent stay but the issues we encountered prevented us from returning in the future.

The room was updated and immaculate with a bath tub when I arrived.

Our stay here was fairly nice, great place for exploring Erie.

Hotel was newly remodelled and appealing, we loved this place.

The hotel was located near to a good area close to many restaurants and shopping, also a shopping center and stores. Units with a bath tub. Everywhere there was fairly clean. All the employees where helpful and welcoming.

This hotel was situated close to everything we needed during our stay. The room was well-appointed, with comfy beds and a great view. We really appreciated the variety of leisure facilities available, especially as young families. The breakfast service was top-notch, with delicious options that suited our tastes perfectly.

One aspect of the hotel fell short - the staff seemed a little overworked and understaffed at times.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Erie, had much fun and met helpful staff from a particular member of staff. Booked a room with a bath tub.
